Although I would not recommend closing on a new house, having a baby, and moving within a week, we are thrilled to be new home owners. The now previous owners were so kind, and there is a great, comfortable vibe to the house. Built in 1936, it was a ranch-style home for many years before being converted into a duplex. The most recent owners helped complete the renovation back to a single family home and have lived there for 12 years. It's a 4/3.5 with a great kitchen and living space. We have several friends who live in the neighborhood. I know it is a place we will love raising our family. Can't wait to get settled!
